Curatorial Synopsis: Conversations

Conversations brings together Mncedisi King Nkosi and Bongiwe Bhuthelezi, two artists who share a similar drawing style but differ in their use of color and storytelling.

Nkosi’s work bursts with vibrant colors, conveying energy, movement, and personal expression, while Bhuthelezi’s black-and-white approach focuses on contrast, light, and shadow to evoke introspection and depth. Despite these differences, their expressive lines and fluid compositions create a visual dialogue that connects their artistic worlds.
